How billing works.
All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
What is tracked cloud spend?
The total monthly cost of the accounts, subscriptions and projects you connect, before credits. If you connect only part of your estate, you pay only on that part.
Is the savings report really free?
Yes. Connect one cloud account with read-only access and you get a full savings report at no cost and with no card. You decide afterwards whether to subscribe.
How is the price calculated each month?
We take the tracked spend for the month, apply your plan percentage and compare it with the monthly minimum. You pay whichever is higher. The invoice lists both numbers.
What if our spend grows past our plan?
Nothing breaks. We let you know and suggest the plan that fits. Plan changes take effect from the next billing month.
Do you charge a share of the savings?
No. Pricing is based on tracked spend only, so our incentive is the same as yours: a clear, accurate picture and a lower bill.
